Due to hygiene issues, we cannot accept any return requests for items that have been worn.
We may accept returns under specific conditions:
- The product must be in new condition
- The original packaging and accessories have been retained
- The product must be unworn
We urge our buyers to approach us, in the event of a disgruntled purchase, using the Amazon messenger service along with the necessary images to discuss various return and refund options.
You can return items in the following ways:
- Using drop off services at locations that are convenient for you
- Using pickup options
- Using Locker, Locker+, and Amazon Hub Counter locations for small packages
- Using a scanned QR code at designated returns locations to make label-free and package-free returns

Your return shipment is free of charge in some cases. If you return an item using the return label provided in the Returns Centre and the reason for return isn’t a result of an Amazon.com error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You’ll be charged a single flat fee of $3.99 for each return shipment, plus a smaller fee of $0.99 for each item in that shipment. In each return shipment, the item with the highest per-shipment cost determines the per-shipment fee; per-item charges are applied according to the products you’re returning. You can return items from different orders in the same package through Your Orders.
Each return label is assigned to a specific return. If you don’t see the option to return multiple items in the same box during the return process, don’t include items from multiple orders or shipments in the same box. It could prevent your refund from being processed correctly.

Note: After the carrier has received your item, it can take up to two weeks for us to receive and process your return.

When returning an item, you can choose your preferred refund method in the Returns Center.
If you’re receiving a refund after we have received your item, it may take an additional three to five business days to process your return fully and issue your refund.

Note: If we refunded you to a prepaid card and you no longer have the physical card, the card is still stored within your account. You can use it for future purchases on the account.
If you used the Amazon Currency Converter when placing your original order, the refund will be issued in your local currency and calculated using the same rate used when you placed your order.

Instant Refunds and Refund Without Return
In some cases, you may be offered an “Instant Refund” option to allow you to use your refund without waiting for your return to process. Instant refunds are either issued to your credit card or as an Amazon.com Gift Card balance. Refunds issued to card issuers will require an additional three to five business days processing time by those institutions. You’ll still need to return your items within 30 days.
Amazon may determine that a refund can be issued without requiring a return. If you aren’t required to mail your item back for a refund, you’ll be notified in the Returns Center or by a customer service associate. For more information, see Conditions of Use.
